What it does做到了什么
- Three cloud functions: login, submit, query - nothing else to maintain只有三个云函数：登录 / 提报 / 查询，没有别的要维护

Quality issues at the factory were reported verbally and then evaporated. Nobody could answer how many defect reports last week were dimensional, or which position filed them. The department had no budget, no IT support and no appetite for a system that took a month to learn.工厂的质量问题过去靠口头反馈，说完就散了。没人答得上来「上周的不合格有多少是尺寸问题」，也不知道是哪个岗位提的。而这个部门没有预算、没有 IT 支持，也接受不了一套要学一个月的系统。

CloudBase's free quota is generous but finite, which is actually a good design constraint: it forced the data model to be small and the aggregation to happen at read time rather than maintaining pre-computed tables. Three functions, one collection.腾讯云开发的免费额度够用但有限——这反而是个好约束：它逼着数据模型保持小，逼着聚合发生在读取时而不是维护一堆预计算表。三个函数、一个集合，就这样。

Adoption came from one decision: the submit form is the first screen, not the last. A worker opens it, taps a defect type, attaches a photo and it is filed in under 20 seconds. Everything analytical is for the manager, behind a second tab.能推下去只取决于一个决定：提报表单是第一屏，不是最后一屏。工人打开、点缺陷类型、拍照、提交，20 秒内完成。所有分析性的东西都是给经理的，放在第二个标签页后面。

The department used it for months before anyone asked what it would cost. Answering that needed a different object: a landing page with a public demo, seven test accounts (six inspectors, one manager), a print template that matches the paper form, and an Excel export that writes into the customer's own template cell by cell. Same code, different delivery.质量部用了几个月，才有人问这东西多少钱。要回答这个问题，需要的是另一个东西：一个有公开 demo 的落地页、七个体验账号（六个检验员、一个经理）、一套对齐纸质单的打印模板，以及逐格写进客户原表的 Excel 导出。同一份代码，不同的交付物。
