I work on the business side of manufacturing: orders, quotations, reconciliation, suppliers - appliances, automotive, cable harness, industrial equipment.我在制造业一线做业务：订单、报价、对账、供应商——家电、汽车、线束、工业设备都做过。

Key accounts, supplier onboarding, export orders, Tier-1 programmes - I have run all of those myself. A quotation broken down to the process step, a reconciliation that has to match every document, records that have to exist before an audit: that is the work, and I did it by hand before I wrote anything to replace it.大客户、供应商准入、出口订单、主机厂配套，我都自己跑过。报价要拆到工艺，对账要对到每一张单，审厂要能拿出记录——这些活我都是自己上手做的，不是听来的。

Today the same job pays for a second one: turning the worst part of those processes into tools. A quality console, a piece-rate calculator, shipping documents, the PMC flow - that is where they came from.现在，同一份工作养着另一份：把流程里最费人的那一段做成工具。质量看板、工价计算、发货单、PMC 流程，都是这么来的。

What I want next is to make a few of them sellable on their own, and to work with the factories that are stuck on exactly these problems - not to sell software to everyone, but to solve one thing properly for a few.接下来想做的，是把其中几件做成能独立卖的东西，和真正卡在这些问题上的工厂合作——不是把软件卖给所有人，是把一件事给少数人做透。
