- AV2Text (0.1.16) — turns audio, video and the text inside images into a usable transcript. Fully local, runs offline; the original recordings and images never go to a cloud. https://a2t.bimon.net/
- Personal RAG — a folder of notes on your own computer becomes a private knowledge base you can question. Answers only from what you wrote, cited; says it does not know rather than inventing. MCP for agents. https://rag.bimon.net/
- Lexi (0.1.5) — explains words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs; entries are generated on the spot and stored locally. The only tool here that helps a person keep pace with their agent. https://lexi.bimon.net/
- Quality Console — 18 cloud functions, 6 inspection forms for 6 roles; a work-order reporting system in daily use inside a factory, on phones and computers. https://qc.bimon.net/
- dl — a downloader with no window: 19 commands, 23 MCP tools, 29 tests, exit codes 0/1/2/130. https://dl.bimon.net/
- Cobuild — a calendar for people and agents sharing one task library. Interface borrowed from Notion's calendar; the backend and the provenance column are original.
